We know this is precious information
Built safe. You decide what to share.
Bank-level encryption
Every field is protected with AES-256 encryption — the same standard used by financial institutions. Sensitive data is never stored in plain text.
You control the details
Choose to show your child's full name, first name only, or just initials. Show their birthday, age, or nothing at all. Use the fields you want and leave the rest blank.
Access that expires
Every pass has an expiry you set — from 1 hour to 7 days. One tap revokes it early. Nothing lingers in a text thread or old inbox.
Full audit trail
See exactly who opened the link, when, and from where. Know that grandma actually checked before pickup, not after. If you ever have questions, we're here to help.

HOW IT WORKS
Three steps. Five minutes. Done.
Build once
Create your child's profile: allergies, medications, emergency contacts, and pickup permissions. Five minutes the first time. Nothing to update unless something changes.
Share a link
Generate a time-limited link. 2 hours for tonight's babysitter. 7 days for grandma's visit. You choose exactly how long access lasts.
Caregiver opens it
They tap the link. No app, no account, no login. They see exactly what they need. Allergies first, then meds, then contacts. When the link expires, it's gone.
GIVING BACK
10% of our profit goes to fighting childhood cancer
Every quarter, 10% of Baton Pass's net profit goes to Alex's Lemonade Stand Foundation. It was started by a 4-year-old girl who set up a lemonade stand to raise money for kids with cancer. She raised over a million dollars before she passed away at age 8.
ALSF has since raised over $250 million for childhood cancer research. Baton Pass is built around caring for children, and this felt like the right place to put our support.
THE USUAL APPROACH
Sound familiar?
Telling them before you leave
Caregivers forget details under pressure. The more you say, the less they retain — and they won't interrupt your evening to ask.
Every instruction is written down, organized by priority, and readable anytime. No relying on memory.
Writing it on the fridge
Great — until they take the kids to the park. A fridge note can't come with them.
The pass goes wherever they go. Tap the link on their phone. Allergies, meds, and contacts are right there.
Texting them the details
One long thread, impossible to update, impossible to revoke. If something changes, good luck untangling it.
One link. Always current. If something changes, update the profile — or revoke access instantly.
